Yes - Drama Expanded and Remastered

While writing the follow up to 1978's Tormato, singer Jon Anderson and keyboardist, Rick Wakeman left the group.
This lineup of Yes is definitely the most controversial in the bands history. Combining the musical talents of Steve Howe, Chris Squire and Alan White with those of The Buggles (video killed the radio star anyone?) seemed a disasterous one. However, they got away with it and Drama stands for me as one of Yes' best efforts, despite being a somewhat neglected record.

Este es el album siguiente a Tormato de 1978, cuando dejaron el grupo el cantante Jon Anderston y el tecladista Rick Wakeman.

La alineación es una de las mas controversiales en la historia de la banda. Combinando los talentos de Steve Howe, Chris Squire y Alan White con los del grupo Buggles (credores del hit de la radio: Quién mato a la estrella de radio), parecía una alineación desastrosa. Pero de alguna manera lo lograron y el album Drama queda como ejemplo, y como uno de los mejores discos de Yes, a pesar de todo. En general a mi me gustan todos los albumes de Yes, y este tiene un sabor diferente como mas "light" pero con un punch diferente, y las voces también son algo diferentes, bueno ahí se los dejo para que lo disfruten, saludos!
